On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of LLC “MODERN INDUSTRIAL AND TECHNICAL ASSOCIATION “GUARD”

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 29.03.2016 No. 222 to the limited liability company “MODERN INDUSTRIAL AND TECHNICAL UNION “GUARD” (location: Volodymyr Vynnychenko street, building 7, office 10, Kyiv city, 04053, identification code 4024243944).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
