On the expansion of the conduct of economic activities, the issuance of licenses and the place of conduct of economic activities

In accordance with the second paragraph of the ninth part of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), the fee for granting a license in the part for which the licensee intends to expand his activity is charged as for obtaining a new license in accordance with the first part of Article 14 of the Law in the amount of one subsistence minimum, based on the size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, effective on the day of the decision to issue a license. The fee for issuing a license is paid by the licensee no later than ten working days from the date of publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the decision to issue a license.

Licensees confirm the payment of the fee for issuing a license by submitting to the Ministry of Internal Affairs the relevant document, which is a copy of the receipt issued by the bank, a copy of the payment order with the bank's mark, a receipt from the payment terminal, a receipt (check) issued by the post office of communication. Non-payment of the fee for issuing a license in accordance with paragraph 10 of part two of Article 16 of the Law is the basis for deciding to cancel the license.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with Article 6 of the Law and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue a license to the limited liability company “ARARAT-2000" (location: Yevhen Sverstyuk Street, building 21, office 907/2, Kyiv city, 02002, identification code 41677463), a license to conduct business activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense. Place of activity at the address: Prazhskaya street, house 18, Kyiv city.

2. To extend to the individual-entrepreneur KUZNETSOV VITALIY VLADIMIROVICH, who lives at the address: ul. Rokosovskogo, house 16, apartment 68, Chernihiv city, 14032, registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2532021516, conducting a type of economic activity on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4,5 millimeter and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special devices charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense as an additional part, namely repair of non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second. Place of activity at the address: Vasikshvyatska Street, building 7 (1st floor), Chernihiv city.

3. According to the information submitted by the individual-entrepreneur SLUSAREVSKY ALEXANDER NIKOLAEVICH (place of residence: Kosmonavtiv street, house 13, apartment 22, Vinnytsia city, 21021, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2504417294), note the store at the address: Streletska Street, house 3, apartment 3, city of Vinnytsia, is the place of economic activity on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense.

4th. According to the information submitted by the limited liability company “IBIS” (location: Khokhlovy Family Street, house 8, building 8-A, Kyiv city, 04119, identification code 32494516), consider the production premises at the address: Vasily Stepanchenko street, house 17 (letter “A”), the city of Kyiv, is the place of economic activities for the production of ammunition for non-military firearms, means of active defense.

5. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is placed on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.
