THE ORDER

On amendments to the unified forms of acts drawn up on the results of planned (unplanned) measures of state supervision (control) by the Ministry of Internal Affairs

In accordance with Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine “On the basic principles of state supervision (control) in the sphere of economic activity”, paragraph 2 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 24, 2017 No. 362 “On making changes to the methods of developing criteria by which the degree of risk from the conduct of economic activities is assessed and the frequency of carrying out planned activities is determined measures of state supervision (control), as well as unified forms of acts drawn up on the results of planned (unplanned) measures of state supervision (control)” and in order to bring the normative and legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in accordance with the current legislation

I ORDER:

1. Make changes to the unified forms of acts drawn up as a result of the planned (unplanned) measures of state supervision (control) by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of February 04, 2016 No. 85, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 25, 2016 for No. 294/28424, stating in the new version:

An act drawn up on the results of a planned (unplanned) measure of state supervision (control) on compliance by an entity with the requirements of the legislation in the field of production and repair of non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and the flight of a bullet over 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms and ammunition therefor, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special devices charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense and their sale, subject to licensing, which is attached;

An act drawn up on the results of a planned (unscheduled) measure of state supervision (control) on compliance by an entity with the requirements of the legislation in the field of security activities subject to licensing, which is attached.

2. Department of Licensing of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure the submission of this order for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Department of Communications of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

4. This order comes into force from the day of its official publication.

5. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in accordance with the distribution of functional duties.
