№654

On leaving without consideration the application for the issuance of a license for the conduct of security activities

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine applied for the issuance of a license to conduct security activities by the Limited Liability Company “TOR-YUG” (hereinafter referred to as the license applicant).

According to the results of consideration of the application and documents submitted by the license applicant, it is established that there are no annexes 2 and 3 attached to the application for obtaining a license and stipulated by the requirements of subsection 2 of paragraph 6 of the License Conditions approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 18, 2015 No. 960.

In addition, a copy of the work book not certified by the entity, together with the application for obtaining a license and a copy of the document confirming the absence of health restrictions for the person to perform functional duties, do not contain data that must be entered into them.

It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by providing the necessary documents in accordance with the above requirements.

On the basis of paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of the second paragraph of the second part of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration the application dated July 26, 2017 No. 346-2017 for obtaining a license to conduct security activities of the Limited Liability Company “TOR-YUG” (identification code 41347826, location: Shoseina Street, house 118, apartment 6, Nikolaev city, 54020).
