On Selection of Candidates for International Peace and Security Operations
In accordance with Articles 5-7 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Participation of Ukraine in International Operations for the Maintenance of Peace and Security”, Part Three of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On the National Police”, Part Four of Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On the National Guard of Ukraine”, subclause 27 of paragraph 4 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers Law of Ukraine dated October 28, 2015 No. 878 (with amendments), and for the purpose of forming a reserve of candidates for referral to international operations for the maintenance of peace and security
I INSTRUCT:
1. National Police (Klymenko I. V.) and the National Guard of Ukraine (Balan M. I.):
1) bring to the attention of personnel information on general requirements for candidates for referral to international peace and security operations (Annex 1);
2) submit by March 10, 2020 to the Department of Personnel, Educational and Scientific Activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs lists of candidates for participation in international operations for the maintenance of peace and security (Annex 2) who are fluent in English or French and meet the general requirements for candidates, taking into account the need to provide a candidate from the number of female persons;
3) ensure control over the timely provision of information and high-quality selection of candidates.
2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. V.), National Police (Klymenko I. V.), National Guard of Ukraine (Balan M. I.), National Academy of Internal Affairs (Cherney V. V.) to post information about the selection of candidates on departmental Internet resources.
3. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Secretary of State Takhtai O.V.
