POWER OF ATTORNEY

On the creation of an initiative group for the preparation of the constituent assembly for the formation of the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 03, 2010 No. 996 (as amended) “On Ensuring Public Participation in the Formation and Implementation of State Policy” and for the purpose of taking measures to hold the constituent meetings of the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

I INSTRUCT:

1. To create an initiative group of 8 persons to prepare the constituent assembly for the formation of the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the Public Council) in the attached composition.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) to ensure:

1) publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs by July 02, 2019 of the personal composition of the initiative group and no later than 45 calendar days before the constituent meeting prepared by the initiative group and agreed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the notification on the date, time, place, procedure for holding constituent meetings, procedure for submitting applications for participation information in the constituent assembly, information about the composition of the initiative group and the surname, name, e-mail address and telephone number of the responsible person;

2) organization of work on the holding of the constituent meeting of the Public Council until 30.08.2019.

3. Department of Legal Support (Gorbas D. V.) to provide legal support for the holding of the constituent meetings of the Public Council.

4th. I reserve control over the execution of the order.

Appendix 2 — Notice on the method of formation of the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and its quantitative composition

We remind you that on September 02, 2019 at 12.00 in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (hereinafter — the Ministry of Internal Affairs) at the address: ul. Akademika O. O. Bogomoltsya, 10, m. Kyiv, 01601, a constituent meeting on the formation of the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs will be held.

Candidates for the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine who can participate in the constituent meeting are requested to arrive at the Ministry of Internal Affairs in advance. Have a passport of a citizen of Ukraine with you.

Registration of participants will begin at 11.30.
