By order of the Minister of Internal Affairs № 7959/01/12-2017 dated 06.06.2017, an initiative group for the preparation of the constituent assembly for the formation of the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (hereinafter — the Public Council) was established, consisting of:
