On approval of tables of material and technical equipment of health institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

In accordance with Article 14-1 of the Law of Ukraine “Fundamentals of the Legislation of Ukraine on Health Care”, subclause 5 of paragraph 13 of the License Conditions for the conduct of business activities in medical practice, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 02, 2016 No. 285 (as amended), subclause 52 of paragraph 4 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 28, 2015 No. 878 (with amendments), in order to provide the conditions for the implementation of existing medical technologies of prevention in health institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Diagnosis and treatment of diseases

I ORDER:

Department of Health and Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Box V. I.) to ensure the formation of tables of material and technical equipment, their compliance with the current conditions of activity, to carry out control, as well as monitoring the state of completeness of health care institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with equipment, equipment, other means necessary for proper functioning, and, if necessary, to provide appropriate proposals to the management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding the need in their retrofitting and/or re-equipping.

The heads of health institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs shall provide the equipment of subordinate institutions in accordance with the tables of material and technical equipment.

Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Takhtai O. IN.
