On the renaming of the health care institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
In accordance with Articles 16, 17 of the Law of Ukraine “On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs”, Regulation on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 28, 2015 No. 878, in order to properly regulate the activities of health institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
I ORDER:
- Rename the health care institution STATE HOSPITAL OF THE TERRITORIAL MEDICAL UNION OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF UKRAINE IN THE DNIPROPETROVSK REGION IN THE CITY OF KRYVYI RIH (identification code 08735876) to the State Hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the city Kryvyi Rih.
- DFOP of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Shevnin S.M.) to include the specified health care institution in the network of managers and recipients of state budget funds.
- Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the Deputy Minister — Head of Staff Takhtai O.V.
