On the creation of the Medical Rehabilitation Center “Zatoka” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the termination of the “Synyak” branch of the MRI “Pearl of the Carpathians” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

In order to increase the social protection of employees, pensioners and veterans of internal affairs bodies and in connection with bringing the status of the branch “Syniak” of the Medical Rehabilitation Center “Pearl of the Carpathian” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the branch “Zatoka” of the Medical Rehabilitation Center “Burevisnyk” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in accordance with the current legislation Ukraine

I ORDER:

1. To create on the basis of the branch “Zatoka” of the Medical Rehabilitation Center “Burevisnik” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine the Medical Rehabilitation Center “Zatoka” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine by separation from the Medical Rehabilitation Center “Burevisnik” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
2. To approve the composition of the commission for the creation of the Medical Rehabilitation Center “Zatoka” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine by allocating the branch “Zatoka” from the Medical Rehabilitation Center “Burevisnik” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Annex 1).
3. Approve the Regulations on the Zatoka Medical Rehabilitation Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Annex 2).
4. To terminate the branch “Syniak” of the Medical Rehabilitation Center “Pearl of the Carpathians” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine by joining the Medical Rehabilitation Center “Pearl of the Carpathians” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
5. Approve the commission for the termination of the branch “Syniak” of the Medical Rehabilitation Center “Pearl of the Carpathians” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (annex 3).
6. DKZ (Kryvolapchuk V. O.), DMZR (Petrash O.V.) to ensure the introduction of appropriate changes to the staff of medical institutions.
7. DMZR (Petrash O. V.) to revise the Regulations on the Medical Rehabilitation Center “Pearl of the Carpathians” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the Regulations on the Medical Rehabilitation Center “Burevisnyk” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and to amend them accordingly.
8. Control over the execution of the order will be entrusted to Deputy Minister Khomenko V. P.
