About the reprofiling of the specialized

sanatorium of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “Khutor Vilnyi”

3 The purpose of ensuring rehabilitation treatment, strengthening the social protection of disabled people, veterans, pensioners and employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and their family members, as well as providing them with qualified medical care:

I ORDER:

1. Reprofile from 01.01.2001 the specialized sanatorium of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “Khutor Vilnyi” into a 75-bed rehabilitation hospital, which includes the creation of a department for rehabilitation of participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at the CHLES for 40 seats, a geriatrics department for 30 seats and 5 places for psychological rehabilitation suffering from extreme circumstances.
2. To the head of the specialized sanatorium “Khutor Vilnyi” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine:

2.1. prepare by 1 November 2000 the Regulation on the rehabilitation hospital and submit it for approval;

2.2. prepare the relevant documentation by 20 December 2000 and register the rehabilitation hospital in the prescribed manner;

2. 3. by November 1, 2000 to submit to U03 (Petrasha O. V.) Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for consideration and further approval of the staffing of the staff of the rehabilitation hospital;

2.4. November 15, 2000 to provide U03 (Petrasha O.V.) and FEU (Romanov V. M.) The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine draft cost estimate for maintenance of the rehabilitation hospital for 2001.

3. UOZ (Petrashu O.V.), FEU (Romanova V.M.) The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine shall revise and approve the salary scheme of employees of the rehabilitation hospital by November 1, 2000.
4. FEU (Romanova V. M. ) Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, starting from 01.01.2001,

provide for the expenditure of the general and special fund of the State Budget of Ukraine for the maintenance of the hospital for rehabilitation treatment.

5. Control over the execution of the order will be entrusted to the Deputy Ministpa, Colonel-General of the Podolyak Militia A.M.
