On the consolidation of personnel
military units and units
National Guard of Ukraine for
health institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
In accordance with paragraph 10 of Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine “On the National Guard of Ukraine”, subclause 52 of paragraph 4 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 28, 2015 No. 878, and in order to consolidate the personnel of the National Guard of Ukraine in the health institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (hereinafter — NN GU) and members of their families
I ORDER:
1) Main Department of NGU, Northern Territorial Department of NGU (w/ch 3001), Image-Publishing Center of NGU, Sports Club of NGU, Central Archival Department of NGU, Faculty No. 2 — Training of Specialists for NGU Educational and Scientific Institute No. 3 of the National Academy of Internal Affairs — at the Central Polyclinic MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS;
2) w/h 3030, w/h 2260, w/h 3066, w/h 2269 Zh, w/h 3078, group of selection and training of young replenishment of a separate special purpose detachment “Azov” w/h 3057 and the base of production and technological equipment — according to the State Institution “Territorial Mini Medical Association Departments of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the city of Kiev”;
3) unit 3018, w/h 3027, w/h 3070, w/h 3077, separate special unit of the Northern Territorial Department — according to the State Institution “Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Kiev region”;
4) Department 3041 and military units deployed in the territory of Chernihiv Oblast — according to the State Institution “Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Chernihiv Oblast”;
5) Department 3057 and military units temporarily stationed in the Donetsk region to participate in the anti-terrorist operation, according to the State Institution “Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Donetsk Oblast” (city of Mariupol);
6) unit 3035 and military units temporarily stationed in the territory of Luhansk region to participate in the anti-terrorist operation — according to the State Institution “Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Luhansk Oblast” (city of Severodonetsk);
7) military units and units of the National Guard of Ukraine at the place of their deployment — according to state institutions “Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine” by regions.
