On the formation of CPD and PPV of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

as a legal entity

In order to streamline the activities of state institutions belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, proper logistical and other provision of the activities of bodies and departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, guided by the Law of Ukraine “On the Management of Objects of State Property” and the provisions of the Civil and Economic Codes of Ukraine,

I ORDER:

To form the Center for Psychiatric Assistance and Professional Psychophysiological Selection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine as a legal entity.
Approve the Regulations on the Center for Psychiatric Assistance and Professional Psychophysiological Selection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, attached.
Head of UMZR (Petrash O. V.) to ensure the state registration of the Center for Psychiatric Assistance and Professional Psychophysiological Selection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, as a legal entity, in the manner and time specified by the legislation of Ukraine.
Consider that the Regulation on the Center for Psychiatric Assistance and Professional Psychophysiological Selection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of November 04, 2003 No. 1286 “On approval of the provisions on health care facilities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine” (with amendments), has been considered invalid.
Control over the execution of the order will be entrusted to the Deputy Minister — Head of Staff Lekar S. AND.
