In accordance with paragraph 13 of the Plan approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.10.2019 No. 854 “On the organization of implementation of the plan of measures for the implementation of the Strategy for the development of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the period up to 2020”, it is envisaged to introduce a weekly mailing of digests with information on the issued organizational, administrative and regulatory acts on the implementation of tasks bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, the main news related to the activities of these bodies.

In the period from February 18 to 25, 2021, the Ministry's apparatus issued the following basic organizational, administrative and regulatory legal acts relating to the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system:

• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 18.02.2021 No. 131 “On taking measures to prevent the occurrence of accidents”;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 19.02.2021 № 132 “On approval of calendar plans of sports events of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 22.02.2021 No. 133 “On the creation of a separate registration point No. 058 of a qualified provider of electronic trust services — an accredited center for key certification of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SERVICE SERVICE CENTER” and the creation of a working group on its deployment;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 22.02.2021 No. 140 “On approval of the Passport of the budget program for 2021”. The order was developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2021” and the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated December 29, 2002 No. 1098 “On Passports of Budget Programs”, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated January 14, 2003 under No. 47/7368;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 22.02.2021 No. 141 “On Amendments to the Passport of the Budget Program for 2021”. The order was developed in accordance with the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 27, 2021 No. 49-r “On the transfer of certain budget appropriations provided for by the Economic and Financial Department of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in 2021 in support of the implementation of a comprehensive reform of public administration” and the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated December 29, 2002 No. 1098 “On Passports of Budget Programs”, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated January 14, 2003 under No. 47/7368;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 22.02.2021 № 142 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 03, 2015 No. 1342 (with amendments) Amendments to the Order Paragraph 2 of the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 03, 2015 No. 1342 “On the approval of the heads of liquidation commissions of territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Air Force in Rivne region (with changes);
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 23.02.2021 № 144 “On the announcement of the decision of the Board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”. The order announces the decision of the Board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of February 11, 2021 “On the results of the work of the central executive bodies, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the National Guard of Ukraine in 2020” and the tasks set for their work this year;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 25.02.2021 No. 153 “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 03, 2015 No. 1347 (with amendments)”. Amendments to the order are approved by the head of the liquidation commission of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kharkiv region — deputy head of the Main Department of the National Police in the Kharkiv region and instructs the head of the liquidation commission to approve the personal composition of this commission;
• Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 25.02.2021 № 154 “On amendments to the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated June 08, 2015 No. 662 “On the liquidation of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on the Southern Railway”. Amendments to the order are approved by the head of the liquidation commission of the Department of Internal Affairs at the Southern Railway — deputy head of the Main Department of the National Police in Kharkiv region.
