In accordance with the requirements of the Procedure for state registration (re-registration), deregistration of cars, buses, as well as self-propelled vehicles designed on the chassis of cars, motorcycles of all types, brands and models, trailers, semi-trailers, motorcycles, other vehicles and mopeds equivalent to them, approved issued by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 7, 1998 No. 1388, passenger cars, which are made independently of vehicle parts, self-designed motorcycles, cars, and trucks are allowed for state registration vehicles, the total mass of which does not exceed 3500 kilograms, trailers and semi-trailers to them, other vehicles and mopeds equivalent to them, manufactured in accordance with the mandatory requirements of the norms and standards of Ukraine, on the basis of documents confirming the legality of the purchase of components with their identification numbers, and as well as the conclusions of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and others determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of enterprises, institutions and organizations.
