Vehicles that are owned by the legal entity of the lessor for the purpose of their subsequent transfer to the lessee on the basis of a financial leasing agreement are registered with the lessor. Under the financial leasing agreement, vehicles are delisted and registered with the lessee on the basis of the above agreement and the act of acceptance and transfer of vehicles. In the registration certificate (technical passport) or on a copy of the registration card attached to the registration certificate on a plastic basis, an entry is made: “The vehicle is deregistered under the financial leasing agreement”.
