State registration of confiscated vehicles or vehicles, the ownership of which is established by a court decision, is carried out on the basis of: a court decision indicating the brand, model, identification numbers of the constituent parts of such vehicles, registration documents, in particular, a certificate of registration of a vehicle or a technical passport (if any) contract. purchase and sale or other document establishing ownership of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine or the commission established in accordance with the Property Disposal Procedure, confiscated by a court decision and transferred to the bodies of the state executive service, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 11, 2002 No. 985, on the transfer of these vehicles in case of confiscation into state property.
