The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has launched a new service for issuing certificates of criminal liability, absence (presence) of criminal record or restrictions provided for by the criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine.

You can submit a request in electronic form and receive a certificate in the form of an extract through the electronic service https://vytiah.mvs.gov.ua by logging into the Personal Account using a qualified electronic signature.

Service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs do not issue paper certificates.
