Authorized officials of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine during the verification of the legal grounds for crossing the state border, including the notarized consent of the second parent, do not carry out copying, removal or any other procedures with the specified documents. In accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, which regulates the activities of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the registration of parents' applications for granting permission for the departure of a minor citizen of Ukraine abroad, canceled in compliance with the procedures, is not kept. Verification of the above documents is carried out in order to determine their validity, that is, the presence in them of the necessary seals, signatures, elements of protection against counterfeiting, etc.
