In part three of the procedure for calculating the period of temporary stay in Ukraine of foreigners, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 884 of 20.07.15. (hereinafter — the Procedure), the following is indicated: during the entry of a foreigner into the territory of Ukraine, the calculation of the period of stay allowed for him is carried out by an official of the State Border Guard Service directly at the checkpoint (checkpoint) across the state border of Ukraine by deduction from the day of actual entry 180 days ago.
