The rules for issuing biometric documents (passport for traveling abroad and ID-passport) are uniform for all citizens of Ukraine and approved by the Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 25, 2015. No. 302 (ID-passport) and from May 7, 2014 No. 152 (passport for traveling abroad). An important stage in the registration of any document is the identification of the person, without which no person can be documented. The decision on the registration of the document or on the refusal to execute it is made on the basis of the identification and verification of the person's belonging to the citizenship of Ukraine.
