Unfortunately, the number of employees and the number of workstations in the departments of the migration service limit us in the number of citizens who can be enrolled in the electronic queue. Otherwise, we will not be able to be sure that everyone who has signed up will be accepted no later than 15 minutes from the time specified in the voucher (SMS). Therefore, in some units there may indeed be situations when there are no seats in the online service of the electronic queue. This is especially true in the period from February to July, when traditionally the largest number of foreign passports is issued. However, the lack of seats in the online service on the site does not mean no seats at all! The service is structured in such a way that about a third of the visitors register through the online service, a third through the terminal in the subdivision, and another third is the current “today to today” queue. Even if the first two options are busy, each person can come to the unit during the day and enroll in the current queue. However, in this case, you will have to wait in the unit. It is also important to understand that the electronic queue, which can be registered on the website of the migration service, does not cover the centers for the provision of administrative services, which are formed by local governments, but in some cities these institutions already accept applications for registration of biometric documents. The list of ASCs that already provide such services is available at the link.
