In Odesa region, law enforcement officers exposed the scheme of illegal transportation of persons across the state border
Operatives of the Belgorod-Dnestrovsky Border Detachment together with the SBU Counterintelligence Department stopped an attempt to transfer two men of conscription age to Moldova.
Two residents of Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhya regions turned out to be evaders.
The organizer, a 34-year-old resident of Odessa region, through a closed telegram channel offered his “services” on illegal travel for $5,000.
However, the planned illegal plan did not materialize, as the operatives learned about their trip in advance. The offenders did not know what the “executors of the order” look like, because the acquaintance took place on the day of the transfer of persons across the state border.
As it turned out later, earlier the organizer had already been brought to criminal responsibility related to the transportation of persons across the state border. Investigative actions are currently underway.
