Police opened 38 criminal proceedings on facts of war crimes of the Russian army in Kherson region
The Russian army once again carried out fire on the communities of the Beryslav district with tanks, barrel and jet artillery. The terrorist
country attacked both in the newly liberated territories and along the front line, where significant destruction of houses, shops, was recorded there, cafes, offices, farms, fires broke out due to shells.
There are dead and wounded among the civilian population. Over the past day, the police opened 38 criminal proceedings on the facts of war crimes of the Russian army in the Kherson region.
Information about the facts of looting by the troops of the aggressor country continues to arrive from the temporarily occupied territories. The occupiers take away from local cars and trucks, take furniture and household appliances from the houses and apartments of civilians.
According to all the facts, the investigating police opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Violation of the laws and customs of war”.
