Migrant workers found 11 illegal immigrants in Bukovina
Two former students of Bukovina State Medical Academy, citizens of India, who evaded timely departure from Ukraine, were discovered by employees of the Vyzhnytsky Department of UMC in Chernivtsi region.
Also, employees of this unit identified a citizen of Kazakhstan who has legal grounds to stay in Ukraine, because she is officially married to a citizen of Ukraine, but did not have time to legalize her status. All violators are brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 203 KUPap, in relation to them the management of the UDMS adopted a decision on forced return.
Since the beginning of July, four citizens of Moldova, two citizens of Italy and two citizens of the Russian Federation who violated the terms of stay in Ukraine have also been found in Hlyboka, Putila and Chernivtsi. All foreigners will be fined and forcibly returned to their countries of origin. Three local residents, citizens of Ukraine, were also fined for three episodes in Hlyboka and Putila for violating the procedure for providing housing to foreigners and stateless persons.
