Information on the exchange of a driver's license that expired during the period of martial law

The driver's license (issued for the first time), which expired during the period of martial law and within a year from the date of its cancellation, continues to be valid on the territory of Ukraine.
If you have a limited time, then you can exchange the document after the end of the martial law. But if you decide to exchange a driver's license, it is worth remembering the following points:
- exchange of the document for the first time can be done only after the expiration of its validity period (the next day or later);
- during the martial law, the replacement of the driver is carried out without providing a medical certificate, only a passport, identification code and driver's license.
The driver's license exchange service is provided only to the person making the exchange.
